PhilippinesReviewer is built around the fundamental values of future military and law enforcement leaders: Courage, Integrity, and Loyalty.

Users agree to abide by the Cadet Code of Honor: We do not lie, cheat, steal, or distribute unauthorized exam materials.

Mock examinations and diagnostics are intended strictly for individual preparation and diagnostic self-assessment. Sharing test answer keys to manipulate public leaderboard telemetry is prohibited.

Official Academy Independence & Disclaimer

Independent Initiative: PhilippinesReviewer is an independent, community-driven study platform. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Philippine Military Academy (PMA), Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), or Philippine National Police (PNP).

No Guarantee of Admission: Achieving high scores or passing simulations on PhilippinesReviewer does not guarantee qualification, examination passing, or appointment into the PMA or PNPA.

Official Application: Official entrance examination schedules, qualification standards, and physical requirements are determined solely by the respective academy admissions boards.

Acceptable Use & Anti-Scraping Policy

You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract mock exam questions, explanations, or candidate data from the service.

Any attempt to bypass platform security, exploit timed exam simulation mechanics, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or reverse-engineer the exam engine will result in immediate account termination.

Binding Protocol

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All proprietary questions, synthetic simulations, graphical assets, UI architecture, mathematical explanations, and software engines remain the exclusive intellectual property of PhilippinesReviewer.

Candidates are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and practice with materials solely for their personal PMAEE and PNPAEE examination preparation.

Binding Protocol

Account Responsibility & Access

Candidates are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and all activities occurring under their accounts.

PhilippinesReviewer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate integrity standards, display bot-like anomaly patterns, or attempt fraudulent activities.

Users may voluntarily close or permanently delete their account and associated study data at any time via Account Settings.

Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any legal controversy or claim arising out of or relating to platform usage shall be settled in the competent courts of the Philippines.
